seriously, bearie's braised duck is DA BESTTTTT.
the memories of the duck is still so vivid in my mind.
it was night when i first set my eyes upon the (remains) duck. dim
lights softly bathed the succulent bit size meat. Its skin was an
oily shine of brown, smooth and beautiful.
Gingerly, I picked up a small piece of duck amidst shouts of "Wah
good ah! Must try! U better eat now if not more more oready!". The
fragrance of spice lingers on your fingers as I sank my teeth into
the saltish-sweet flesh. Juices flow onto my tongue, flesh melting
with each bit. IT WAS GOOD.
